1.3. Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
2. Vintage Items and Product Descriptions
2.1. Condition of Items: We specialise in vintage teddy bears and soft toys. By nature, vintage items have been previously owned and loved, and therefore will show varying degrees of wear, age, and use. We make every effort to describe and photograph our items as accurately as possible, highlighting any significant flaws, repairs, or damage.
2.2 Repairs/ Restorations to items sold on our website: Many of the bears due to their age and being vintage or antique may need repair or restoration before they are listed, so may not have all original parts after this. We will to the best of our abilities replace and repair these parts with traditional techniques and materials and detail these changes on request. 2.3. Not Toys for Children: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the vintage bears and soft toys sold on The Teddy Bear Nurse are intended for adult collectors and display purposes only. They do not comply with modern health and safety standards for toys and are not suitable for babies or young children. We accept no liability for any injury or harm resulting from the improper use of these items.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3.2. All prices are listed in GBP.
3.3. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.
3.4. We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Your order will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We ship to United Kingdom via our website.
4.2. International Shipping is subject to costs being calculated depend on the weight, size, and destination of the order. This can currently only be done by contacting us directly either by email at theteddybearnurse@gmail.com or via facebook messenger at https://www.facebook.com/theteddybearnurse/. Sorry we can’t currently do this via our website but we are looking into it.
4.3. Any delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, or international customs.
4.4. Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply unless we have discussed this with your before shipment and agreed and receive payment in full before your purchase is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. We want you to be completely happy with your vintage find. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
5.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
5.3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5.4. Exceptions: Certain items, such as gift cards or custom/restored items (if you offer a ‘nursing’ or restoration service), are non-refundable.
