Important information about the products we sell
The Teddy Bear Nurse sells vintage and antique teddy bears and animals. These products are checked, cleaned and restored to the best of our abilities but as they are old, vintage and antique items, they will not meet current safety standards, so are not suitable for children unless otherwise stated.
Alterations – During the restoration of the bear/soft toy/item all major or non previously arranged alterations will be needed to be approved by the client and The Teddy Bear Nurse & Living Edge Creative before work is carried out.
Payment – All restorations will need to be paid for in full before return via bank transfer or PayPal.
Return of Restorations to Client – The return postage cost of any restoration is the responsibility of the client not The teddy Bear Nurse and will be added to the cost of the restoration, but the postal service and cost will be discussed with the client before the return of the bear/ soft toy / item
Failure to Pay – If Restorations are not paid for in full within 6 weeks of being informed by us that the job is complete. The Bear/Soft Toy/Item will become property of The Teddy Bear Nurse & Living Edge Creative. There after discussion in advance will be needed to recover the Bear/Soft Toy/Item from The Teddy Bear Nurse & Living Edge Creative.
If there are any issues with anything purchased from us. You can contact our team at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to return the physical item , please email us and we will provide with an address to send it too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement if applicable to your purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
